I'm currently working on a new book. Progress is however very slow. It starts with Alan Clarke's tv play Scum, moves onto Manchester and The Fall and
Joy Division before swerving towards Bristol, London and New York, Aswad, Kurtis Blow and Tony Williams. And more besides. And that is just the first chapter.
